What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a confident and compassionate Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and building trust with clients, families and the wider care team.
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Previous experience within community care or aged care highly regarded
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making capability with the ability to apply sound clinical judgement based on clinical knowledge and experience
• The ability to work autonomously while confidently managing complex and changing clinical situations
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Strong multitasking ability with confidence managing competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Proficiency across multiple systems and databases with strong administrative capability
• Flexibility to work outside standard business hours in line with operational requirements when required
• Willingness and ability to travel to regional areas, including travel of up to 1.5 hours each way as part of business requirements
• A proactive, compassionate and person-centred approach to care delivery
