About the role
As an Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in bringing some of the Coffs Coast’s most exciting events to life. From large-scale sporting fixtures and national tournaments at C.ex Coffs International Stadium, to vibrant community and civic celebrations, no two days will be the same.
You will coordinate the full event lifecycle - working closely with event organisers, contractors, stakeholders and internal teams to plan, facilitate and evaluate high-quality experiences. This includes overseeing logistics, venue operations, stakeholder engagement, and on-the-ground delivery across iconic venues such as the Stadium, Coffs Coast Sport and Leisure Park, and Wiigulga Sports Complex.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be at the centre of the action, helping deliver events that attract regional, state and national audiences, contribute to the local economy, and create memorable experiences for our community and visitors alike.

You’re a proactive and highly organised event professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. With demonstrated experience coordinating complex events, whether sporting, community, civic or commercial, you bring the confidence and capability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
You’re a natural relationship builder, known for your ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders including customers, contractors, and commercial partners. Backed by strong communication skills and a commitment to outstanding customer experiences, you take pride in delivering seamless, high-quality events from concept through to completion.
A collaborative team player, you’re adaptable, solutions-focused and motivated by creating memorable experiences that make a real impact for the community.
What’s on offer?
- Competitive Salary (from $95k pa) depending on your capabilities and experience + 12% superannuation
