Join our Open Space Services team and help keep our parks, reserves and roadsides looking their best.
We're on the hunt for a reliable, safety-focused Plant Operator who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in maintaining green spaces across our community.
What you'll be doing:
- Operating plant and equipment such as tractors, slashers, zero-turn and out-front mowers
- Maintaining parks, reserves and roadside areas through mowing, brush cutting and vegetation control
- Using hand and power tools to get the job done efficiently
- Working as part of a team to deliver safe, high-quality results
- Representing the organisation in a professional, community-focused way

What we're looking for
- Experience in greenspace maintenance or similar outdoor work
- Ability to operate plant safely and efficiently
- A strong commitment to Work Health & Safety
- Someone who can work both independently and as part of a team and is comfortable working in all weather conditions.
You will also have an:
- MR (Medium Rigid) Drivers Licence
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Certificate III in Civil Construction (or similar experience)
What's on offer?
- Competitive salary from around $59.5K - $62.5K (depending on your capabilities and experience) + 12% superannuation
- Permanent Full Time 38 hours per week
