About the role
As a Ranger, you will be on the frontline delivering compliance and regulatory services across the City.
Your work will include:
- Conducting parking patrols and traffic-related duties
- Managing animal control and welfare, including companion and stock animals
- Investigating complaints and enforcing local laws
- Issuing infringements and preparing matters for legal proceedings where required
- Engaging with the community to provide advice and support
This is a dynamic, people-facing role where communication skills and sound judgement are key.

About you
You're someone who thrives on being out and about, engaging with people, and tackling challenges head-on. You'll bring:
- Experience in compliance, enforcement, or a related field
- Strong communication and people skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude
- Confidence working both independently and in a team
- A passion for community safety and environmental care
Bonus points if you've got animal handling experience or regulatory qualifications!
