The Toll Global Finance function provides General Accounting, Credit Management accounting issues and is business unit centred. The intentions of the Finance team are capability orientated to achieve effective outcomes. The Finance Systems team provides systems strategy, governance, delivery and support for all of Finance. The team enables Toll with the right technology foundations and operating systems to grow the business and support our customer needs.
The Role
We are looking for a high caliber Business Analyst to join our Finance Systems Project function based in Melbourne.
In this you will support the definition, design and implementation of standard Finance processes, cleansed and migrated data, and training for a SAP project.
As the Business Analyst, you will:
- Support SAP Process Lead in developing “To Be” Level 4 business and SAP processes and assist with detailed requirements gathering and documentation.
- Contribute to SAP design and configuration, including creation of Statements of Work, evaluation criteria for software and SI partners, and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures.
- Execute gap analyses and impact assessments.
- Support data and training activities, such as data cleansing, master data templates, reporting requirements, and reviewing end-user training materials.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are met, manage stakeholder engagement, and contribute to performance measurement and benchmarking.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with quality, schedule, and budget expectations, supporting the successful implementation of the SAP Program.
About you
Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Business or related discipline is preferred but not compulsory.
Experience
- Comprehensive experience as a business analyst in projects.
- Experience in working on an ERP implementation
- Solid experience in working with formal project governance.
- Ability to work across a complex business and IT environments in a global environment.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.Strong relationship builder with experience interacting across large teams.
- Ability to work with senior management and executives to agree outcomes.
