About the Role
The MRF Administration Officer provides high-level administrative support to professional staff within the Shoalhaven City Council's Materials Recovery Facility. Other duties are:
- Ensure processes and protocols are in place and followed to comply with relevant EPA legislation, regulatory requirements, and Council policies.
- Maintain accurate records of waste volumes, transactions, and operational data.
- Audit, reconcile & maintain waste tracking through reporting, administration, and ticketing portals.
- Reconcile payments & account customers to ensure the accounting system accurately reflects the correct transactions.
- Oversee administrative and financial processes to ensure compliance with standard procedures, support smooth workflow, and consistently provide a high level of customer service to all clients in a timely manner.

About You
To be successful in the position, you will have:
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
- Extensive experience in the provision of administrative and financial support.
- Experience in coordinating the administrative workflows of a large team to support
- the achievement of deadlines and a high standard of customer service.
- Current Class C Driver's Licence
- Proof of right to work in Australia
