About the role:
Given the current development in the Campbelltown LGA, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering infrastructure related design projects including detailed design, reviews and documentation for, but not limited to roads, storm water and drainage, car parks, street lighting, footpaths, cycle ways, detailed quantity and cost estimation, development of engineering specifications, traffic management, public domain, open space and assessment of development applications.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following key skills and attributes:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in the design and drafting of road reserve infrastructure. environment.
- Proficiency in civil design software- Civil 3D.
- Ability to undertake multiple projects simultaneously to deadlines.
- Current Class C Driver’s Licence.
- Strong knowledge of Austroads pavement design guides and local government standards
