- Salary: $76,302 - $85,765 gross p.a. plus 12% Super
- 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with the option of flexitime

About the Role
This position manages Council's portfolio of sporting facilities and open space in consultation with the Facilities Coordinator and Precinct staff, in a high-volume work environment. This includes:
- Prepare reports to Council and others as required.
- Provide assistance to sporting and community groups with grant applications.
- Ensure public hire activities are in accordance with Council's adopted Fees and Charges.
- Promote a high level of customer service through prompt and professional responses to requests and / or complaints.
- Provide booking liaison and support to Council managed sporting and community facilities and collate information pertaining to hirers, ensuring a professional service to user groups.
- Support the integrity of the computerised booking system including developing, reviewing and documenting procedures.

About You
To be successful in the position, you will have:
- Tertiary qualification in business, property management, recreation planning or management, event management or related field, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in community facility management.
- Current Class C Driver's Licence
- Proof of right to work in Australia
- A current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)
