Title: Community Centre Officer, Permanent - Part-time Role, 24 hours per week
Salary Range: $80029.58 to $93006.52 (on a pro-rata basis) per annum + super (subject to skills and experience)

Northern Beaches Council Community Centre service has 38 community centres that are hired by multiple groups for a wide range of purposes. The community centres bring people together, providing meeting places that address social isolation, and encourage multiple opportunities for healthy, educational, social and creative activities.
The Community Centre Officer provides support as part of a team to ensure quality service. The community centre service role ensures that internal and external customers are provided with a good customer experience.

The key focus areas of this role include:
1) Contribute to a positive team culture and support other team members on key activities, share knowledge and skills to achieve deadlines and a consistent customer experience.
2) Respond to and resolve complex community centre enquiries and bookings to deliver effective outcomes and high-quality customer service.
3) Administer customer data to ensure accurate information and maintain privacy.
