About the Job
We are looking for a Fitter Machinist (Pump Fitter) to carry out installation, maintenance, and repair work. The job includes:
- Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing pumps (submersible and dry well) across wastewater, water treatment plants, sewerage systems, and pools
- Welding ferrous and non ferrous metals using MIG, Arc, and Oxy Acetylene equipment
- General machining work such as using lathes, mills, and presses
You will need to be available for on call work and reasonable overtime.

About You
To be successful, you'll need:
- A trade certificate plus extra qualifications or equivalent experience
- At least 4.5 years' experience (including your apprenticeship)
- An LR truck licence
- Experience using workshop gear like lathes, mills, and a drill press
