We Have Two Permanent Part‑time Roles Available
- Tuesday & Wednesday (2 days per week)
- Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday (3 days per week)

About The Role …
As a Dental Assistant & Receptionist, you’ll be at the heart of our practice, supporting our dentists, welcoming patients, and ensuring each visit runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll enjoy a varied role combining chairside assisting with front of house reception duties, all within a friendly and well organised team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced dental professional, who’s keen to grow and develop in the dental industry.

What you’ll be doing …
- Assisting the Dentist during procedures, including chair‑side support and instrument sterilisation
- Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms and equipment
- Welcoming patients and delivering a positive, reassuring experience
- Managing appointments, bookings, recalls, and patient enquiries
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
- Processing payments and health fund claims
What we’re looking for …
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant and/or Dental Receptionist
- A warm, professional manner with excellent communication skills
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to multitask confidently
- A positive team focused attitude and strong commitment to patient centred care
- Familiarity with dental software (Oasis, Examine Pro) is an advantage but not essential
