About the role
The Libraries and Learning team is looking for a self-motivated Library Technician - Administration to provide administrative and operational support across the service.
The role has a strong focus on procurement, purchasing of library supplies, TechnologyOne tasks, Opal card administration and finance support.
The successful candidate will work 3 days a week with the Library Admin Team and 2 days a week in library branches, and must be able to work across all 9 City of Sydney library branches as operational needs require. You will have strong administrative skills, attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to learn quickly. Experience with TechnologyOne, TRIM and Microsoft Office, including Teams and Excel is highly desirable.

This role has the option of a rostered day off each month, known as a 19-day month.
