Head of Digital Growth & Lifecycle to lead how we grow our member base digitally. This is not a traditional marketing role, it’s an enterprise leadership position responsible for building and governing a modern, always-on digital growth engine.
You’ll shape how growth decisions are made, prioritised, measured, and scaled—integrating customer insight, lifecycle strategy, martech, experimentation, and commercial performance into a single, cohesive system.

Who Are We?
Teachers Health was created by teachers for teachers over 70 years ago and is the only health fund dedicated to the education community. As a not-for-profit health fund, we exist for our members, covering over 500,000 teachers, education staff, and their families.
What will you do?
You’ll operate at an enterprise level, owning how digital growth is delivered, governed, and optimised across the organisation.
Key Accountabilities Include
- Own and define the organisation’s digital growth operating model across acquisition, lifecycle, and retention
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle strategy, covering onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back
- Establish a robust growth performance framework linking journeys, experimentation, and commercial outcomes (e.g. CLV, retention)
- Drive a disciplined experimentation and optimisation roadmap, embedding test-and-learn into decision-making
- Own how martech, automation, and AI are leveraged to deliver scalable, customer-centric growth outcomes
- Partner cross-functionally with Data, Technology, Product, Brand, and Growth teams to align priorities and execution
- Lead enterprise-level trade-offs between speed, risk, customer experience, and commercial return
- Represent growth performance, insights, and risk at senior leadership and executive forums.
What are we looking for?
We’re seeking a strategic growth leader who combines commercial acumen with deep digital expertise and a systems-thinking mindset.
Essential
- 10+ years’ experience across digital growth, lifecycle marketing, or performance marketing environments
- Proven experience designing and scaling growth operating models or transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise in martech, customer data, personalisation, and experimentation frameworks
- Strong commercial understanding of customer value, retention drivers, and growth levers
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Exceptional stakeholder leadership, with experience influencing executive decision-making
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
Desirable:
- Experience in health insurance or regulated industries
