We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our Growth Team!
This role starts on Monday 29th June 2026.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering a positive and seamless experience for prospective and new members during the sign-up process to the fund.
As a team member you will be accountable for driving the growth of the fund through a multi-channel sales strategy, by meeting KPIs that contribute to the overall team targets.

Who are we?
Teachers Health was created by teachers for teachers over 70 years ago and is the only health fund exclusively for the education community. As a not-for-profit health fund, we exist for our members covering the lives of over 500,000 teachers, education staff & their families.
What will you do?
- High level customer service, information and assistance to potential members
- Maintain up to date skills and knowledge of THF products, policies, and procedures
- Maintain and look to develop ideal communication techniques and customer service skills
- Respond to inbound and outbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
- Apply the sales process to align customer needs with TH products and convert leads and opportunities to achieve individual growth KPI’s
- Conduct a comprehensive needs analysis aligned with member requirements and accurately refer relevant products
- Proactively manage sales pipeline and opportunities to maximise productivity and conversion
- Demonstrate strong self‑motivation to achieve or exceed sales targets while contributing to team performance
- Adhere to a schedule and use effective communication with the larger team to maintain coverage for all lead channels
What do you need?
- Previous sales, retention, or customer service experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to meet KPIs and sales targets
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Intermediate computer literacy skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
