- Permanent Part Time (5 hours per week Monday to Sunday)
- Salary: $57,539 - $64,690 gross p.a. paid pro rata plus 12% Super plus allowances
- Located at the Nowra Administration Office

About the Role
This position is responsible for providing commercial and industrial cleaning and property maintenance of Council buildings and assets. This includes:
- Ensure Council facilities are cleaned to a high standard.
- Provide Council employees and the general public with a clean and healthy work environment.
- Undertake hygiene and sanitation duties of all areas as per work schedule.
- Perform trade waste removal and recycling activities.

About You
To be successful in the position, you will have:
- Certificate III in Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations) and/or demonstrated experience in commercial/industrial cleaning.
- Current National WHS Construction Card (SafeWork NSW).
- Class C Driver's Licence.
We are looking for someone with excellent time management and prioritisation skills, who takes pride in their work.
