As a Business Analyst - Business Process Improvement, you'll partner with stakeholders across the business to analyse processes, identify improvement opportunities, support transformation initiatives, and help deliver meaningful change that enhances both employee and member experiences. What will you do?
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business needs and map current and future state processes.
- Identify process improvement, automation and efficiency opportunities that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Support the delivery of transformation projects through business analysis, project coordination, documentation, risk management and change activities.
- Act as the link between business and technical teams to support the development and implementation of technology-enabled solutions.
- Build strong relationships across the organisation and help teams successfully adopt new processes, systems and ways of working.
What are we looking for?
- At least 2 years' experience in business analysis, process improvement, project support or a similar role.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and process flows, including current and future state mapping.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting business, technology or transformation initiatives within cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, process improvement methodologies, automation initiatives or business process management tools such as Nintex Promapp will be highly regarded.
