We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our national TA Team. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to manage your own workload and business aligned portfolio, whilst complementing a collaborative and engaged geographically dispersed team. Based three days a week in office (or more if you wish) with flexibility on your base in Brisbane, Sydney Olympic Park or Melbourne.
If you’re a seasoned TA professional with a decade or more of internal or RPO/Agency experience who knows that great hiring is equal parts strategy, stakeholder wrangling, and candidate care, read on. We’re looking for someone who’s not just good at sourcing senior talent across corporate and operational roles, but who genuinely enjoys the challenge of finding that perfect fit. You’ll be working a national portfolio, armed with best-in-class tools and backed by a team that values smart thinking and sharp execution. You know how to communicate complexity with clarity, influence senior leaders without breaking a sweat, and think three steps ahead, because you’ve done this before, and you do it well.
Our business is always growing, which means change is part of the package. If you’ve got an agile mindset, a knack for solving puzzles, and a “let’s work smarter” approach, you’ll feel right at home. Attention to detail, a results-driven attitude, and a collaborative spirit are all must-haves. Bonus points if you can laugh at the chaos and keep things moving with a smile.
