The role will support the Community Development Officer in the administration and operational delivery of programs associated with the contract outcomes of the Community and Family Support (CAFS) funding through the Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ).

What this role looks like:
• Assist the Community Development Officer to plan and deliver programs as per Program Level Agreement through Community and Family Support funding
• Prepare documentation to support program delivery and review including data summaries, survey responses and reports
• Promote coordination and cooperation of groups providing community services in The Hills Shire
• In accordance with approved program briefs, assist with onsite delivery of programs and events
• Attend Hills Shire managed programs and events within and outside normal working hours.
What are we seeking in our new team member:
• Community Development tertiary qualifications (or undertaking study) or 2 years relevant experience.
• Drivers Licence (Class C) NSW.
• First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
