We’re looking for a forward-thinking Learning & Development Specialist to help build a future-ready workforce. In this pivotal role, you’ll design and deliver contemporary talent, leadership, and development initiatives that enable our people to thrive.
This is a part time role, offered at 19 hours per week. We are flexible on how the hours are distributed.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement an end-to-end talent framework, including leadership development, high-potential pathways, succession planning, and talent pipelines.
- Enhance learning needs identification and support the delivery of impactful development programs.
- Create competency frameworks for selected professional groups.
- Provide subject-matter expertise in learning design, adult learning principles, and LMS optimisation.
- Manage L&D vendors and curate high-quality learning content.
- Lead organisation-wide people projects aligned to the Workforce Plan and cultural initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the People & Culture team to ensure a consistent, future-focused approach.

You bring strategic thinking, strong relationship skills, and a passion for developing people. You’re experienced in designing talent frameworks, delivering high-quality learning programs, and influencing outcomes across all levels of an organisation.
You thrive in a team who genuinely enjoy working collaboratively, share their perspectives and expertise openly and understand how to create lasting value.
You leverage your tertiary qualifications and a focus on the practical to design and deliver impactful learning.
