The Role
As a Senior Tester, you will work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and external vendors to support the delivery of projects and BAU releases across all Teachers Health brands.
Reporting to the Test Lead, you will play a key role in test strategy planning, test case preparation and execution, results analysis, and implementation recommendations, ensuring successful deployments aligned to business objectives.

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to support project and BAU delivery across all brands
- Participate in test strategy planning, test case preparation, execution, and results analysis
- Perform end-to-end testing of system integrations, functionalities, and user interfaces
- Manage test data, execution phases, documentation, and reporting
- Log, track, and manage defects through to resolution
- Contribute to transition and failback planning, and implementation recommendation reports
- Support proof of concepts and assist with business process mapping
- Develop test completion and knowledge documentation
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coach UAT participants
- Support Learning & Development with end-user training where required
- Contribute to project workshops, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 8+ years’ experience in software testing
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and defect management processes
- Experience working in healthcare systems and understanding regulatory requirements
- Experience testing cloud-based applications and digital transformation initiatives
- Experience with Salesforce applications
- Experience testing mobile apps and online portals
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent planning, organisation, and results orientation
- Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the business
