This position is temporary until August 2027 with the possibility of permanency in the future.
The position leads the delivery of streamlined workflows and effective business systems that support operational efficiency. It has staff management responsibilities across two teams, providing direction and oversight. The role also manages competing priorities and ensures systems and processes align with business needs.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong business acumen and relevant tertiary qualifications, with proven leadership experience managing teams and driving performance. They will identify and deliver business improvements, understand operational and future impacts, and adopt a collaborative, optimistic approach, with strong stakeholder engagement and effective use of technology.
Remuneration: base salary commencing at $96,443 gross per annum
+ 12% superannuation
+ performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary
+ annual award increase
