Marketing Specialist - Partnerships Campaign Delivery to execute high-quality, scalable marketing campaigns. This is a fixed-term full-time opportunity to cover a period of parental leave.
This role sits at the heart of campaign delivery, bringing approved strategies and briefs to life across CRM, digital, and relevant marketing channels. You’ll play a key role in ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently, consistently, and in line with established marketing systems and frameworks.

Who Are We?
Teachers Health was created by teachers for teachers over 70 years ago and is the only health fund dedicated to the education community. As a not-for-profit health fund, we exist for our members, covering over 500,000 teachers, education staff, and their families.
What will you do?
You’ll be responsible for executing partnership marketing campaigns end-to-end, with a strong focus on delivery quality, coordination, and performance.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Execute partnership marketing campaigns across CRM, digital, events and relevant channels
- Deliver campaigns from approved briefs, ensuring accuracy, quality, and on-time delivery
- Manage timelines, approvals, and campaign release schedules
- Coordinate with content, design, media, and CRM teams to deliver campaign components
- Adapt campaign assets across formats and channels to ensure consistency
- Work within established templates, systems, and playbooks to enable scalable delivery
- Track campaign performance and support reporting and insight generation
- Apply learnings and insights to continuously improve campaign execution
- Ensure all outputs meet brand and quality standards, including QA before deployment
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a hands-on campaign delivery specialist who thrives on execution, coordination, and continuous improvement.
Essential
- 2-5+ years’ experience in campaign, digital or marketing roles
- Proven experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong campaign coordination and delivery skills, with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities effectively
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Data-informed mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience
Desirable
- Experience working with CRM or marketing platforms
- Exposure to partnerships or service-based marketing environments
