Are you passionate about the presentation of parks and street gardens as well as tree planting and open spaces maintenance?
Are you looking for an opportunity to express your enthusiasm for planning and delivering services to improve our open spaces such as parks assets valued by the community?
Apply to join Clarence Valley Council’s Open Spaces team for the opportunity to test and grow your skills in one of the most scenically beautiful and geographically diverse areas of the Northern Rivers.
We are seeking experienced and outstanding team members for our Parks Maintenance Lower River and Upper River Teams. These two applicants will efficiently and effectively participate to plan as a team and implement the maintenance of Council’s Open Space Parks and Reserves, applying quality parks maintenance skills from the mountain ranges to the coastal fringes within the Clarence Valley.

Positions based out of either Rushforth Road Works Depot - South Grafton or Townsend Depot.

These positions are located at Council's Rushforth Road Works Depot and Townsend Depot however, this may change should business needs identify other work locations to be more appropriate to deliver our services in the future.
A probation period applies to this position.
Council applies the definition of Aboriginality as defined in the NSW Aboriginal Land Rights Act 1983. The Act requires a person to be of Aboriginal decent, identify as an Aboriginal person and be accepted by the Aboriginal community in which he/she lives.
